As one of China's leading brake technology manufacturers, BAIYUN utilizes cutting-edge brake technology that is precision-engineered to offer maximum safety, performance, and comfort. This uncompromising approach has been insisted on for over 45 years. BAIYUN Brakes, since 1977 focused on the R&D, manufacturing, and supplying of brake pads & brake linings for both commercial vehicles and passenger cars, fighting for human traffic braking safety. Till now, BAIYUN has become an important OEM partner for many famous brands vehicles, like DONGFENG, SHACMAN, FOTON, YUTONG, etc.

BAIYUN processes are certified by ISO9001:2008 and IATF16949:2016. all of the performance indicators of braking products have exceeded the European ECE R90 standard and Global ISO26865 standard. Our company puts 20% of annual sales revenue into research and development of friction materials and braking products, Till now there have been 75 various kinds of brake friction formulations gone from our R&D laboratory. Our company has invested in five kinds of manufacturing processes and unique expert equipment and produces 12k friction products daily. BAIYUN has over 120 models of disc brake pads and 280 models of drum brake linings for commercial vehicles including trucks, trailers, buses, and coaches, and over 1500 models of brake pads for passenger cars including light vehicles, SUVs, MPVs, and ORVs. Every year, 4200k sets of high-quality braking products are delivered from BAIYUN warehouses to cover more than 120 brand vehicles and axles in the world.
