BAIYUN Brakes, since 1977 focus on the R&D, manufacturing and supplying of brake pads & linings for both commercial vehicles and passenger cars, fighting for human traffic braking safety. Till now, BAIYUN has become an important OEM partner for many famous brands vehicles, like DONGFENG,SHACMAN, FOTON, YUTONG etc.

BAIYUN processes are certified by ISO9001:2008 and IATF16949:2016. all of the performance indicators of braking products have exceeded European ECE R90 standard and Global ISO26865 standard. BAIYUN puts 20% of annual sales revenue into research and development of friction materials and braking products, Till now there have been 75 various kinds of brake friction formulations gone from BAIYUN R&D laboratory. BAIYUN have invested in five different manufacturing processes and unique expert equipment, and produces 12k friction products per day. BAIYUN have over 120 models disc brake pads and 280 models drum brake linings for commercial vehicles including trucks, trailers,buses and coaches, and over 1500 models brake pads for passenger car including light vehicles, SUV, MPV and ORV. Every year, 4200k sets high quality braking products are delivered from BAIYUN warehouses to cover more than 120 brand vehicles and axles in world.
